MEMBERSHIP -VS- SPONSORSHIP —- WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?
MEMBERSHIP: Business Memberships are tied to specific Member benefits and are not tied to events or the promotion associated with an event. Instead the promotion benefits realized with a Business Membership are more long-term and ongoing (for the course of 2011 from January—December).
SPONSORSHIP: Sponsorships are tied to a specific event that Weehawken produces. With that, recognition of sponsorship is tied directly to that specific event. In a nutshell, sponsorship offers a business or organization a more focused, short-term burst of promotion tied to a specific event. NOTE: Sponsorships in the amount of $200 or above also entitle a business or organization to a Bronze Level Business Membership (or a credit of $100 towards a Silver or Gold Business Membership)

- An Opportunity for two free single event web postings on the WCA Calendar for 3 months ($10/month thereafter)
- A Portion of Your Contribution will be Tax Deductible
GOLD: $500 / year
- LOGO, Address, “Blurb” & Link on Weehawken’s website
- An opportunity to place a coupon for your business on Weehawken’s website
- Business Logo & Link will be included on Weehawken’s Email Blasts (at least once per month)
- Gold Business Member Sticker for Display
- Invitation to & Recognition at the Member Appreciation Party
