Beautiful Blueprinting Bootcamp with Jacqueline Webster

Invented in 1842, cyanotype or blue printing is a simple photographic process perfect for mixed-media and fiber artists as well as anyone looking to expand their artistic practice. Learn the basics of chemistry, exposure and processing and then experiment with the process on paper, fabric, and more.

No photographic knowledge or experience is required. The instructor will have negatives available for use in class, and students will have the opportunity to make their own digital negatives in class (instruction provided). All materials and equipment are included in the course fees, but students are encouraged to bring any negatives, photogram materials, papers, and/or natural-fiber fabrics for experimentation. Please bring a work apron or wear clothes that you won't mind getting stained.
