We offer unlimited monthly classes, with tuition due the 1st of the month. Mondays in Ouray, 5pm all ages and the same schedule on Thursdays in Ridgway, students may attend either or both! Mixed Level Yoga in Montrose Tuesdays at Weehawken Montrose from 8:45am to 10:15am.  Drop in $14, Four Class Punch Card $44, Eight Class Punch Card $80 (can only be paid in person, registration not available online).   Flow through your practice while working on poses. This class accommodates a wide range of experience levels from beginner to students that have practiced for a long period of time. The class works on a balance between strength and flexibility while building endurance and improving your breathing and posture. Anusara and Therapeutic Yoga style with Instructor Donna Murray will balance, strenghten and improve your body.
