The class works on a balance between strength and flexibility while building endurance and improving your breathing and posture. Anusara and Therapeutic Yoga style with Instructor Donna Murray will balance, strenghten and improve your body.

Anusara yoga is a branch of hatha yoga in which the instructor guides the student by modifying poses and intent so the individual may work toward reaching their highest potential.  Donna specifically works therapeutically to align for balance, strength, and flexibility in daily movement,  as well as in recreational and sport activities.

Donna Murray's Physical Education and handicap P.E. undergraduate degree and sports physiology post-graduate studies serve as the platform for the research and study she has accumulated in over 20 years of being a yoga student and instructor.  She continues her training every year working as a volunteer at Yoga Journal Conference-Estes Park and Telluride Yoga Festivals, working with world renowned instructors and incorporating their ideas and research into her Anusara and Therapeutic Yoga style of teaching.
